In what circumstances is a return applicable?

A product return is applicable only if the product received is damaged or the wrong product may have been accidentally shipped.

Used goods will NOT be applicable for return.

 

What is the procedure for returning a product?

Returning a product with Woven Splendour LLP is an easy process.

If your product is applicable for a return kindly call us at ‘+91-9168916844’ or e-mail us at ‘contact@wovensplendour.com’ with the full details of your order with reasons for the return and our representative will assist you with the return procedures.

As part of the return procedure you may either opt to have your damaged product replaced with a new one or have your damaged product collected by our courier partner and the amount paid by you (including any shipping costs if applicable) deposited directly in to your account. Our representative will assist you with providing your bank details for the transfer. We strongly advice against providing any bank/account passwords.

In the rare event that your damaged product cannot be collected (for instance an area where our courier partner may not be able to arrange for a pickup) you can ship the product through your preferred courier service and we will reimburse you the shipping charges against the original amount.

 

What is the time frame for initiating a return procedure?

You may request for a return within 10 days of receiving your product.

 

In what cases is a return not possible?

A return is not applicable if the return is requested for beyond 10 days of receiving the product or if the product is damaged due to misuse or incidental damage.

 

Can I exchange the product while returning it?

A product may only be exchanged during a return if the original product ordered is not in stock.

 

What is the duration for a return?

Each Woven Splendour LLP product is handcrafted with natural materials sourced from all over India and hence providing an exact time frame would be inaccurate. However, we do regret the inconvenience caused to you and your return will be placed on priority and dispatched at the earliest.

 

Can I return a part of my order?

Yes, a return can be initiated on an item level as well.

 

I haven’t received my refund amount in my bank account, how do I proceed?

If a refund has been communicated by us through a confirmation e-mail kindly do be rest assured that your refund is being processed. The refund procedure is subject to our bank partners and sometimes a longer processing time is inevitable. You may however feel free to contact us and we will assist you with the same.

 

How do I cancel an order?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order itself. Kindly call us at ‘+91-9168916844’ and our representative will assist you with your cancellation.

 

How soon will the amount be refunded in the event of a cancellation?

In the event of a cancellation the order amount would be credited to your bank account within 2-3 business days.
