CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Woven Splendour endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. Used goods will NOT be applicable for return.
However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.
Returning a product with Woven Splendour LLP is an easy process. If your product is applicable for a return kindly call us at ‘+91-9168916844’ or e-mail us at ‘firstname.lastname@example.org’ with the full details of your order with reasons for the return and our representative will assist you with the return procedures. As part of the return procedure you may either opt to have your damaged product replaced with a new one or have your damaged product collected by our courier partner and the amount paid by you (including any shipping costs if applicable) deposited directly in to your account. Our representative will assist you for getting providing your bank details for the transfer. We strongly advise against providing any bank/account passwords. In the rare event that your damaged product cannot be collected (for instance an area where our courier partner may not be able to arrange for a pickup) you can ship the product through your preferred courier service and we will reimburse you the shipping charges against the original amount.
Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.
You may request for a return within 5 days of receiving your product.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order itself. Kindly call us at ‘+91-9168916844’ and our representative will assist you with your cancellation.
In the event of a cancellation the order amount would be credited to your bank account within 2-3 business days. If you have any queries kindly contact us at ‘email@example.com’
No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
